Meat Design Ostrava is a festival full of inspiration, ideas, applied art, architecture and especially original creation of product and interior design.
The 8th year of the festival will take place on 24 and 25th of November 2023 at FUTUREUM.
Meat Design is an event full of opportunities that connects young authors and designers with manufacturers and brands. It includes a sales showcase of original work by artists and designers from the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary and Poland, and a screening of film documentaries about design and architecture. Festival will also hosts lectures, practical seminars and other social events.
This year’s theme is Moderation. At this year’s Meat Design Ostrava, the organizers want to focus on design as a resource that helps discover depth and brings a new perspective on life. This theme will run through the accompanying programme and is also an inspiration for you across the exhibitions and the entire programme.
